We ran the entire Bill HERE yesterday, and it’s certainly worth a second look. Below, they make a liberal power play by insisting any judicial review occurs in the left-leaning, highly controllable DC District Court. Who knows what backroom deals are going down right now in preparation for a Trump presidency? This would certainly keep his hands tied.
Remember, this was put together by Republicans working with Democrats who then demanded that the liberal DC circuit handle all immigration claims. They also demanded immediate work permits for people crossing the border. And that border security be tied to $60 billion in Ukraine aid. It’s time to take a serious look at the Senate Republicans.
